As far back as I can remember, I was fascinated with the power of words, Words have the power to hurt or heal, I've experienced both profoundly. My desire to help people craft the right words came from an early experience in a local store reading a greeting card, it was so cheesy, I thought it wasn't even worth a $1. I decided then and there that if I were ever given the opportunity that I would help people communicate better to the people who mean so much to them.
I started early as The Paper Paramedic, writing and designing resumes and editing website text content. We're talking, what, all told- over twenty-five years of experience.
